We want to share the beautiful surroundings and interesting history with you. We have built our apartment with love and attention to detail. We designed the living room with the kitchen as the heart of the apartment, where you can gather after a nice day, have a good meal, chat with friends on a comfortable couch and enjoy a good breakfast and tasty coffee in the morning. A major advantage compared to other apartments in Jáchymov is the availability of a reception in the morning hours, and the accommodation owners, the manager of the Residence K Lanovce, Lenka, and the receptionist, Hanka, are always reachable by phone if they are not physically present. Upon arrival, you will always receive tips on trips, restaurants, and local events based on your stay dates. The plus points of the apartment are: 3 lockable bedrooms, a living room with a large table for all apartment residents, own parking spot, lockable cellar for storing sports equipment. From Rezidence K Lanovce (our house) you can reach the ski lift parking lot at Klínovec in 10 minutes. For transportation, you can use the ski bus, which stops right next to our house. 150 m from the Rezidence you will find a JIP shop with a basic range of food, drinks and alcohol, drugstore, tobacco and magazines. The spa area of ​​Jáchymov begins 200 m from the house, where you can try the offer of wellness treatments, a swimming pool and a sauna world. Several hiking and cycling trails start directly from the house. You can reach the historic part of the city in 20 minutes on foot, after 5 minutes by car or by bus from the main road leading to Boží Dar.
