The apartment is designed primarily for sports-oriented families and individuals who will appreciate plenty of space to store sports equipment, facilities to wash and dry their belongings, a large kitchen table for evening gatherings, and who don’t mind climbing a few flights of stairs from the fourth to the fifth floor without an elevator. In return, they are rewarded with the quietest floor, starry views, and the comfort of my apartment.

The apartment comfortably accommodates 4 people, with space for a small child on the sofa bed. Additionally, two undemanding adults or children can sleep on the large pull-out couch in the living room. A private brick storage room in the basement allows you to securely store bikes or winter sports equipment. The storage room is private, and only you have the key, ensuring the safety of your gear. A private parking space is located near the house.

The apartment is exceptional thanks to its excellent location. Right in front of the house, you’ll find the ski bus stop to the Klínovec cable car. From the house, you can access several hiking and biking trails or use the bike bus, which stops at Jáchymov Spa station. The Jáchymov Spa is just 200 meters away. A grocery store is 100 meters from the house.

And an important note: pets are welcome here.

A big advantage compared to other apartments in Jáchymov is that the reception is available in the morning and the owners of the accommodation, the manager of Rezidence K Lanovce LENKA and the receptionist HANKA are always on the phone if they are not physically present. Upon arrival, you will always receive tips on trips, restaurants and local events for the date of your stay.

The spa area of Jáchymov, featuring wellness treatments, a swimming pool, and a sauna mine, is 200 meters from the house. Hiking and biking trails begin directly from the house. You can reach the historical town center in 20 minutes on foot, 5 minutes by car, or by bus from the main road to Boží Dar. Boží Dar, Abertamy, Pernink, or Plešivec are 15 minutes by car, Ostrov is 7 minutes, and Karlovy Vary is 20 minutes by car.
