Hello, we are Bára and Dan, a family of sports enthusiasts, including extreme sports. We purchased the apartment in Jáchymov to be closer to Klínovec, where we spend a lot of time – on the trails in the summer and on skis and snowboards in the winter. We designed the apartment so that you have everything you need at hand, so that up to four people can stay comfortably without needing to look for a larger, more expensive apartment, especially if you spend most of the day outdoors, either playing sports or exploring. We've also adapted the cellar for your sports equipment, located right on the ground floor, where you can store everything you don’t want to bring into the apartment, whether it's bikes or skis. A major advantage compared to other apartments in Jáchymov is the availability of a reception in the morning hours, and the owners, Residence K Lanovce manager Lenka and receptionist Hanka, are always reachable by phone if they are not physically present. Upon arrival, you will always receive tips for trips, restaurants, and local events based on your stay dates. The plus points of the apartment are: own parking spot, lockable cellar for storing sports equipment. From Rezidence K Lanovce (our house) you can reach the ski lift parking lot at Klínovec in 10 minutes. For transportation, you can use the ski bus, which stops right next to our house. 150 m from the Rezidence you will find a JIP shop with a basic range of food, drinks and alcohol, drugstore, tobacco and magazines. The spa area of ​​Jáchymov begins 200 m from the house, where you can try the offer of wellness treatments, a swimming pool and a sauna world. Several hiking and cycling trails start directly from the house. You can reach the historic part of the city in 20 minutes on foot, after 5 minutes by car or by bus from the main road leading to Boží Dar. Boží Dar, Abertamy, Pernink or Plešivec are a 15-minute drive away, Ostrov is a 7-minute drive away, and Karlovy Vary is a 20-minute drive away.
