Hello, our names are Martina and Jiří. We regularly and gladly return to Jáchymov, because you can't spend a long time in this city. That's why we bought 2 apartments here and named them Atom and Proton, considering what makes the city special. You can use the second apartment if you want to come with a larger number of people. A major advantage compared to other apartments in Jáchymov is the availability of a reception in the morning hours, and the accommodation owners, the manager of the Residence K Lanovce, Lenka, and the receptionist, Hanka, are always reachable by phone if they are not physically present. Upon arrival, you will always receive tips on trips, restaurants, and local events based on your stay dates. The apartment house has a great location for winter sports - the ski bus to the cable car to Klínovec, 2.5 km away, stops right in front of the house. You can find out everything about the Ski Area at www.klinovec.cz. Klínovec and its immediate surroundings offer 31 cable cars and, in connection with the German Fichtelberg, 47 km of downhill tracks. Klínovec also has highly prized tracks for bike trials, with its 30 km, it is the largest in Europe. Bicycles and scooters are also available for rental, popular especially with children. The trails in the mountains with views are also beautiful for hiking. The spa area with the water park is also a very pleasant bonus and, given the history of the city, there is much to discover even in the off-season. Mysterious tunnels in the former mines and the entire mining area are listed in the UNESCO world cultural heritage. Our well-informed receptionist will tell you everything that Jáchymov can offer you due to the large number of spa guests staying, including many concerts and cultural events. To sum up, the plus points of the apartment are: own parking spot next to the house, lockable cellar for storing sports equipment. From Rezidence K Lanovce (our house) you can reach the ski lift parking lot at Klínovec in 10 minutes. For transportation, you can use the ski bus, which stops right next to our house. 150 m from the Rezidence you will find a JIP shop with a basic range of food, drinks and alcohol, drugstore, tobacco and magazines. The spa area of ​​Jáchymov begins 200 m from the house, where you can try the offer of wellness treatments, a swimming pool and a sauna world. Several hiking and cycling trails start directly from the house. You can reach the historic part of the city in 20 minutes on foot, after 5 minutes by car or by bus from the main road leading to Boží Dar. Boží Dar, Abertamy, Pernink or Plešivec are a 15-minute drive away, Ostrov is a 7-minute drive away, and Karlovy Vary is a 20-minute drive away. We wish you a nice stay. Martin and Jirka.
