Hi, we are Eva and Frentišek. Since childhood, we have been deeply connected with the Krušné Mountains and the Karlovy Vary region. My husband and I are both nature lovers, passionate about hiking and skiing. We first visited this area for skiing trips, later for hiking and cycling. Over time, our love for this region grew stronger, and we decided to make Jáchymov a permanent part of our lives. We value family traditions and wanted to create a space where our entire family could come together. This place—Jáchymov, with its views, peace, and opportunities—eventually won over another family member, who, by coincidence, became our neighbor. So, if you're planning to come with a larger group, we can offer you two to four apartments next to each other. And an important note: pets are welcome here. A major advantage compared to other apartments in Jáchymov is the availability of a reception in the morning hours, and the accommodation owners, the manager of the Residence K Lanovce, Lenka, and the receptionist, Hanka, are always reachable by phone if they are not physically present. Upon arrival, you will always receive tips on trips, restaurants, and local events based on your stay dates. The advantages of the apartment are: quiet area, bright decor, the possibility of connecting with one to three additional apartments, private parking, and a brick lockable storage room for sports equipment. From Rezidence K Lanovce (our house) you can reach the ski lift parking lot at Klínovec in 10 minutes. For transportation, you can use the ski bus, which stops right next to our house. 150 m from the Rezidence you will find a JIP shop with a basic range of food, drinks and alcohol, drugstore, tobacco and magazines. The spa area of ​​Jáchymov begins 200 m from the house, where you can try the offer of wellness treatments, a swimming pool and a sauna world. Several hiking and cycling trails start directly from the house. You can reach the historic part of the city in 20 minutes on foot, after 5 minutes by car or by bus from the main road leading to Boží Dar. Boží Dar, Abertamy, Pernink or Plešivec are a 15-minute drive away, Ostrov is a 7-minute drive away, and Karlovy Vary is a 20-minute drive away.
